This has been a tradition for at least 4 years now. Every Christmas time I re-download this for me and my son. He is 9 now and still loves it like he did when he was 5. Well worth the money as it never gets old. Aside from family memories, the story/narration/interaction are all top notch!

This is a classic and is meant to be shared from generation to generation! Thats what Christmas is all about, Charlie Brown!

If you love Charlie Brown and Snoopy, you will love this. My Christmas is not complete until I hear Linus tell us what Christmas is all about. My son downloaded this for me when his little brother was in the hospital at Christmas time 5 years ago, and I still love it.

An oldie but a dandy!

I bought this book over a year ago and the grandchildren absolutely love it, all year not just at Christmas time. The original voices and music plus being interactive keep me and the kids enthralled. I am so glad I have it in my collection.

The app is good, but I wish there was a way to just play the app/story without having to manually turn the pages. I would like to have the story play in the background as Im doing something else.

Correcting former review. The sound error I had was user error. I found support on the developer web site. Very happy with the quality of this app.

I instantly could see and hear the Christmas special as it was being aired on our old console television! What a great app!

This story still warms my heart. The app was given to me a few years ago, & I love how the developers have made it more interactive for kids. I can see the kiddos truly enjoying this, playing with the interactive features, & learning about the true meaning of Christmas.

Got the app a couple of years ago and revisited it again this Christmas because of the 50 year anniversary update I got - see a cute record player with settings on it for on/off and sound level. I have it set to on and set at top of sound level and voilà ! Guess what - no sound! I deleted it and reloaded it to "reset" the app, checked the only "settings" I can see and guess what voilà no sound. Tapped all over the app to trigger a menu for othe settings and guess what - no menu pops up even tho there is a screen shot in the App Store for this app showing a menu! Whats up with that??

This is a great app for kids. It is very interactive and has great animation in it. Would recommend for the kids!

For us "children of all ages", this lovingly crafted app brings new life to our beloved Christmas classic, and stands witness to the transcendence of any story touching the human heart. Such tales know no boundaries. "Charlie Brown Christmas" will be shared and loved, in mediums yet to be invented, long after those of us who first saw it in the 1960s on CBS, have gone to dust. Simple and unassuming as it is, well all depart this life perhaps just a wee bit richer for having shared its simple joys as a people -- as a planet. I once had the pleasure of dining with Lee Mendelssohn and thank him for the totality of his career, and especially "CBX". He was as fine a gracious a gentleman as one would hope and expect him to be. Merry Christmas to all. Good health and long life to you and your families.

We used to love this app but since the latest upgrade, it no longer works, you touch a character or page and it thinks that youre touching somewhere else. I cannot get it to sync.

As heartwarming as the classic Christmas movie. This app is wonderful for adults and children alike!

Cant find a way to unlock the football ornament & there is no menu option to fingerprint or do anything else. Only thing available is the story book itself.
